OTELInterval
Set the regular interval at which metric or log events are exported to an OpenTelemetry-compatible monitoring tool.
Synopsis
[Monitor] OTELInterval=n
n is an integer in the range 1–65,636 (representing a number of seconds). The default value is 10.
Description
When either OTELLogs or OTELMetrics is enabled, OTELInterval determines the regular interval at which InterSystems IRIS® data platform emits log or metric events to the designated OTLP/HTTP endpoint.
Changing This Parameter
On the Monitor page of the Management Portal (System Administration > Configuration > Additional Settings > Monitor), edit the OTel Exporter Interval field.
Instead of using the Management Portal, you can change OTELInterval in the Config.MonitorOpens in a new tab class (as described in the class reference) or by editing the CPF in a text editor (as described in Editing the Active CPF).
