Synopsis

[MirrorMember]   AsyncMemberGUID=Name

Name is any alphanumeric string.

Description

You can create a mirror member called an async member, which can be configured to receive updates from one or more mirrors across the enterprise. This allows a single node to act as a comprehensive enterprise-wide data warehouse. Async members do not belong to a mirror and, therefore, are not candidates for failover.

Changing This Parameter

You can change AsyncMemberGUID in the Config.MirrorMemberOpens in a new tab class (as described in the class reference) or by editing the CPF in a text editor (as described in the Editing the Active CPF section of the “Introduction to the Configuration Parameter File” chapter in this book).
